Adrian J. Fogata, 73, of Twinsburg, Ohio, passed away on March 7, 2018. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 43 years, Benita Sarthou Fogata, his son Dave (Natalie); Grandchildren Mason, Aubrey, and Olivia; Sisters Marilou (Richard) and Gloria (Karl); Brother Pete (Eva) Sister-in-law Benilda; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents Amparo and Luis and his brothers Luis Jr and Ramon.

He was born in San Narciso, Philippines on August 26th, 1944. Adrian J. Fogata graduated from San Beda University and received his Bachelor of Commercial Sciences from the Benedictine Fathers of San Beda College. Adrian met his love of his life, Benita, in Seattle, WA. Soon later, they both moved to Chicago, IL where they were married on November 2nd, 1974 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel and started their family.  Adrian worked at the former Heller Financial company (which was re-named later as Computer System Corporation; CSC) as an Network IT Support Analyst. He was a loyal Chicago sports fan and found joy in sharing this love with his son, Dave.
