Albert Lynn Peters, 83, passed away Sept. 15, 2020 at home surrounded by family. Beloved husband of Barbara (Marcy), loving father of Jeffrey, Shawn (Mike), Tina (Ted). Cherished Papa of Kristina (Scott), Jeffrey (Carli), Joey (Lindsay), Nicholas (Morgan), Andrew, Michael, Kevin, Jordan, Kylie, Payton, Lexi. Great grandfather of Ellis, Nora, Amelia, and Marlo. Dear brother of Alton, Alma, Delma, Arlene, Earl, James, and Betty.

Albert moved from Linn, West Virginia to Bedford, Ohio in 1957 where he met the love of his life Barbara (Marcy). They married in 1961 and raised a beautiful family with 3 children, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.  He loved playing guitar and harmonizing with his children and grandchildren.  Al was a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan.  He retired from the city of Bedford water department in 1987 and from Cuyahoga County in 1997.

He volunteered many hours to passing out food to the needy, ringing the bell for The Salvation Army, Bedford City functions, and caring for homeless cats.

Al was a warm and caring man, with a great sense of humor.  He was loved by many, and will be sorely missed.
