Anthony "Tony" Slaby, 67, of Maple Heights, Ohio passed away peacefully on May 13, 2025. He was born on December 27, 1957, in Garfield Heights, Ohio to the late Richard Slaby and Greta Slaby (nee Fox). Tony was preceded in death by his father Richard Slaby.

Tony will be missed dearly by his family. Beloved husband of Mary "Kathie" Slaby (nee Voelker); Loving son of Greta Slaby; dear brother of Nancy (Ron) Dombrowski, Richard (Sharon) Slaby, and John Slaby; brother-in-law of Kurt Voelker; cherished uncle of Dayna (Jason) Keil, Ashley (Cory) Schlund, Melissa (Greg) Horvath, Michael Slaby, Mark Slaby, Elaine Slaby, Alexandrea Voelker and Olivia Voelker; and a host of extended family and dear friends.

Tony was a loving husband, brother and friend.  He always had an upbeat, positive attitude and could always make people laugh.  He was an airplane enthusiast and enjoyed building models.  He loved to sit with those closest to him and have deep conversations.  Tony had a nickname for everyone he loved.  He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.

Visitation and memorial ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087. Visitation at 11 am - 1 pm. Service at 1 pm. Inurnment at Crown Hill Cemetery at 2pm.
