Beverly Christine Boatman-Surratt, 84, of Kent, Ohio passed away peacefully on March 19, 2026. She was born on August 3, 1941, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late William and Charlotte Flowers (nee Mutryn). Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Surratt and her sister, Alexa Espinoza.

Beverly will be dearly missed by her family. Beloved mother of Julie (Mike) Carey; loving grandmother of Catherine Carey, Faith Carey, Michael Carey Jr., Hank Carey, Harli Carey, and Lucille Carey; cherished great-grandmother of Clayton Wilson; dear sister-in-law of Marc Espinoza; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
