Buz Solis, 100, of Twinsburg, Ohio passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026. He was born on January 2, 1926, in El Paso, Texas to the late Jose and Maria de Jesus Solis.

Beloved husband of Rosemary Kubik Solis (nee Slosar); Buz married his love, his "Rose from Ohio" in 1998 and spent many years dancing their way around the world, making their home in Twinsburg Ohio.

Buz was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings: Gloria Baisa, Ralph Solis, and Tony Solis. Survived by his sister Sr. Ana Maria Solis.

Buz will be dearly missed by his family. Loving father of Diana Solis, Kenneth " Randy" (Doraine) Solis, Norman "Ray" (Tracy) Solis, Barbara (John) Joyce, and James (Angela) Solis; his bonus family : Ronnie (Mary Sue) Kubik, Sharon (David) Perz and Terri (Mark) Wilk, along with their children and grand children.

He was also a cherished grandfather of Stephanie Joyce, Megan Joyce, Genna Joyce, Kelly Solis, Hannah Solis, Makaylin Solis and Keilani Solis. As well as great grandfather to Kaelynn and Orlin Torres.

Visitation at Crown Hill Funeral Home 8592 Darrow Rd, Twinsburg. Ohio. Tuesday, March 3 2026 5-7 pm.  A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, March 4 2026, at 10am at Saints Cosmas and Damian Church, 10419 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087. Interment to follow immediately after service at Crown Hill Cemetery.
