Calvin E Dempsey of Streetsboro Ohio died Friday, November 26, 2021 at the age 90. He was born on September 8, 1931 in Williamsburg Pennsylvania. Now singing and celebrating in heaven with his wife Winifred of 63 years. His parents were Harry Edward Dempsie and Leah (Dixon) Dempsie and was the last surviving sibling of nine children. Calvin served in the Korean War from 1951-1955. He helped build and was a founding member of the Streetsboro Church of God and more recently a member of the Full Gospel House of Prayer also in Streetsboro where he served as a greeter and usher. He was a true born-again Bible believing Christian. Calvin is survived by his sons Harry (Diane) Dempsey and Darrell (Melissa) Dempsey, two grandchildren, Christy (Mike) Horrigan and Gavin Dempsey, and seven great grandchildren. His hobbies included playing guitar and singing. He loved hunting and fishing, golf, bowling, photography and playing corn hole with his family and more.
