Carl Joseph Eaton, 90, of Maple Heights, Ohio passed away peacefully on March 4, 2024. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Sterling and Charlotte Eaton (nee Shaber). Carl was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Geraldine Eaton (nee Hegidus); his brother, Harry Eaton; his granddaughter Dawn Eaton; and his great-granddaughter, Addison Dombos.

Carl was proud of his work as a machinist, making tools for many years as a small business owner. Some of the best times of Carl's life were at the lake, boating and jet skiing with his family. He loved family gatherings and every opportunity to tell his entertaining stories.
Carl will be truly missed by his family. Loving father of Susan Starr and Carl Eaton Jr. (Sharon); cherished grandfather of Elizabeth Starr, Carl Eaton III (Stephanie), Jessica Dombos (Daniel); Paul Eaton (Melissa), and Samantha Starr; great-grandfather of Zachary, Nathan, Cassidy, Lily, Teagan, Colette, Archer, and Layla; dear brother of Elaine Toth and Nancy Wojdacz; brother-in-law of Elizabeth Eaton; and a host of extended family and dear friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Crown Hill Cemetery, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 at 11 a.m.
