Charles Augustus Slocum Jr., 73, of Bedford Heights, Ohio passed away peacefully on February 8, 2025. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 16,1951, to the late Charles Sr. and Helen Slocum (nee Kozak). Charles was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Nancy Palcisco.

Charles will be missed dearly by his family. Loving brother of William (Sharron) Slocum, Mary Jane (Brian) Slocum-Chebo, Charlotte (Jerry) Zimmerman. Dear brother-in-law of Thomas (Nancy) Palcisco Sr. Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and dear friends.

Charles was also a strong believer in his faith. He was a devoted member of Faith Freewill Baptist Church where he will also be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow Rd, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 from 4PM-7PM. A funeral ceremony will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 11AM. Interment at Crown Hill Cemetery at 12PM.
