Chong Myung Kim passed away peacefully after a long illness on July 2, 2006. Beloved husband of 56 years to Sook Rim Kim, loving father to sons Hyun W. "Shawn" (Heasoon) of Canfield and James Hyun Woo (Myung Ye) of Westlake, daughters, Hyun Ja Cho of Detroit, Hyun Kyong of Mayfield Heights, Hyun Hee Lee (Sung Hun) of Pusan, Korea, and Hyun Bok Lee (Jun Whan) of Brecksville. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Mr. Kim was born in Korea on April 1, 1917, served in the Korean Army and was a successful businessman. He came to the United States in 1981, resided in Cleveland and became a U. S. citizen. Funeral services were held July 3 at the Korean Central Presbyterian Church, THE FAMILY REQUESTS FRIENDS TO MEET WEDNESDAY, JULY 5 AT 10 AM AT THE BLESSING FUNERAL HOME AT CROWN HILL, 8592 DARROW RD., TWINSBURG, OH (1/2 MILE SOUTH OF I-480, RT. 91 EXIT) for a short prayer service.
