Curtis Frank Heflin, age 74, of Kent, passed away, April 13, 2018.  Beloved husband of 31 years to Jo Anne (nee Brannen); loving father of Kurt Stellmacker; step-father of Clifton (SallyAnn) Smith, Dale (Robyn) Smith, Kristina (Jeff) Wright; dear grandfather of Rosslyn (Tommy) Russell, Jordan Stellmacker, Katelyn (Jared) Obrien, Joshua Smith, and Alex Wright, great-grandfather of Lili Obrien; brother-in-law of Mary Stephens; nephew of Georgia and Billy Jarvis; uncle of Rhonda Hubble; cousin of Deborah and Doug Heffly, Katherine and Russell Schaffer, Peggy Morrison, Melanie Speed, and Ben Speed. "David Tripp, always there for us, more than a friend, he's family."  He was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Curry; step-father, David Curry; sister, Barbara Smith; brother, Stevie Stephens; grandson, Dean Wright.  The family would like to extend many thanks to Pastor Laurie.  She has been there from the beginning…all her visits, prayers, calls, love and help.   "We couldn't have gone through it without her being by our side."  "Thank you to the congregation of First Christian Church for all the cards, prayers, visits, calls, and soups.  We are blessed being a member of the Church."  FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS ON FRIDAY, APRIL 20, 2018 FROM 11AM UNTIL THE TIME OF FUNERAL SERVICE AT NOON AT THE FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF RAVENNA, 420 S. PROSPECT ST., RAVENNA, OH with Rev.
