Daniel Charles Milkovich, 74, of Northfield, Ohio, left us too early on September 26, 2024 due heart complications. Born on November 23, 1949, Daniel was spirited and engaging - known for his lively personality, great sense of humor, story telling, and personable nature. He was a cherished coach, mentor, friend, father, brother, and grandfather.

Daniel graduated from Maple Heights High School and furthered his education at Kent State University. He started off his career in sales with Sysco Foods, but later found his passion for education.  He obtained his Masters in Education and taught marketing at Coventry High School.  He was also the head wrestling coach at Cuyahoga Heights High School for many years, where he left a significant and lasting impact on many young lives.

Outside of his professional life, Daniel was passionate about cooking and baking, with pies being his specialty. He enjoyed traveling to his family cottage in Ontario, Canada, as well as to the Florida Keys. Daniel was an avid fisherman, duck hunter, and golfer. He enjoyed going to concerts, watching live entertainment, and playing Euchre. He had a long lasting love for wrestling and a passion to teach, coach and mentor young athletes in the sport he loved.

Daniel was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Barbara (Weiler) Milkovich. He is survived by his daughters Sara (Andrew) Rapoport, Rachel (Kyle) Stalzer, and their mother Tina Milkovich; grandchildren Reid, Sydney, Gabe Rapoport, and Cameron, Cora, Cohen Stalzer; brothers Mike (Jill) Milkovich Jr., Thomas Milkovich, Patrick (Carol) Milkovich; sisters Cathy (Lee) DiEdgidio, and Beth (Jean Kremer) Milkovich; along with many beloved nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made his Dan's name to the youth program at the Longwood Wrestling Club 149 Huntington Drive Northfield Ohio 44067, supporting the sport that Daniel so passionately advocated for throughout his life.
