Danny James "Jim" Van Sant, age 68 of Northfield, passed away June 30th, 2020. Beloved Husband of Terri (nee Tuttle), loving father of Krystal (Bryan) Baeder, Tony (Mandi) Stahl, Michael Sheba, Christina Van Sant, and Jennifer Qualters; Devoted Papa to Lilyanna; brother to many and brother in law to Tammy Bruce. Grandfather, friend, and mentor to many.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents James Van Sant and Maxine Maxwell, his adored in laws James and Anna Tuttle and cherished son in law Nicholas Qualters.

Jim was a proud Army veteran and served our country during the Vietnam War. After his military service, he went on to become a mail carrier and spent many years working for the Northfield Macedonia Post office before retiring in 2011. He enjoyed the simple things like camping, sitting outdoors, fishing, golfing, music, playing bingo, watching football, and just spending time with his family.

He will be greatly missed.
