David A. Clark, 77, passed away on 6/7 surrounded by loved ones at Summa Hospice.  David had struggled with health issues since 2017.  On 5/16 he suffered a stroke that he was unable to recover from.  David was very proud of his 35 years of service at Chrysler.  He had a friendly, outgoing personality.  He loved to strike up conversations with strangers and many times they became long time friends.  He enjoyed playing golf and traveling.  He also loved animals and was a lifesaver when it came to help raise 4 baby Macaws.  If you would ask Dave any trivia questions, more than likely he knew the answer as he had a wide range of knowledge.  He made many flea market friends over the years.  He was a collector of anything and it didn't matter if he had use for the item.  It just made him happy to patronize his friends and have helped someone out in some small way.  Dave is survived by his loving Significant Other, Charlene Cech, His children Amanda Rector, (Brian) Sarah Cunningham, (Carlas) John Clark, (Barb) His siblings Kristin Schmidt, Claire Jones, (Richard) Utah, Tom Schmidt.  His  Grandchildren Krysten, Sean, Adam, Kyle, Ben, Zach, Josh, Karli and Great Grandson Lucas, and many more relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by brothers Samuel Schmidt and Gerald Clark, (Benedicte) CT.  In respect to Covid-19, in lieu of a service David will be laid to rest at Crown Cemetery.  Celebrating David's life his wishes would be to feed the birds and squirrels.
