David R. Romain, 70, of Strongsville, passed away at his residence, on June 17, 2026. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio to William and Beatrice ( Svadba ) Romain. David was a truck driver for 7up.

Survivors include his wife, Diana ( Loncaric); children, Stephen ( Geri ) Romain, David ( Sarah ) Romain, Michael ( Brittany ) Romain, Douglas Romain, and Elizabeth ( Dennis ) Romain-Lopez; his mother, Beatrice Romain; grandchildren, Monroe and Ezekiel; sister, Victoria ( John ) Fosco; and his loving nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by his father, William Romain; son, Richard Romain; and brother, Douglas Romain.

He enjoyed camping and the great outdoors; an activity he often led as Boy Scout Troop leader with his children. David liked relaxing to a good movie or watching NCIS. He cherished spending time with his beloved family and friends.

Cremation has taken place according to his wishes. A graveside service will take place at 11:00 AM, on June 25, 2026, at Crown Hill Cemetery, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087. Online condolences may be shared at crownhillfh.com
