Dawn Ensminger-Stokes, 67, of Macedonia, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 3:15 a.m. at Canterbury of Twinsburg.

She was born October 30, 1954 in Zanesville, the daughter of the late V. Neil and Zema Stoltz Ensminger and was a 1972 graduate of Zanesville High School.

Dawn furthered her education with a BSN and MSN from Akron University.  She was currently employed as an instructor Lead Med/Surg at Kent State University, Twinsburg Campus.  Dawn retired as a critical care nurse at Cleveland Clinic-Southpointe.

Dawn is survived by her husband Ralph Stokes; her siblings Zandra Ohri of Indiannapolis, IN, Steve (Debbie) Ensminger of Zanesville; twin Fawn (George) Thompson of Coshocton, Cheri (Pat) Gray of Norwich; Marianne Ensminger of Zanesville; multiple nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

A celebration of life is being planned for sometime in September.
