Deloris Gillis was born in 1934 in Wetumpka, Alabama to Minnie and Tom Kelly Howard. Deloris was a usher at the Cleveland Church of Christ Citadel Hope Ministries. She loved her church and loved to travel overseas with her church. Most of all she really loved her family.
