Edward Zubovich, 85, of Twinsburg, Ohio expired peacefully on April 20, 2020. Ed was born on February 18, 1935 in Connellsville, PA to his parents John and Sophia Zubovich. He served in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Threadfin submarine as a sonar man. Ed moved to Twinsburg Ohio in 1966 in order to raise his family. During his time in Twinsburg he worked at Lincoln Electric before his retirement in 1995. Ed is survived by his sister Stephanie (Melvin) Trout, his daughter Pam (Dave) Johnson, and his granddaughter Megan Johnson. He is reunited in Heaven with his parents John and Sophia, his sisters Helen (Jack) Balkey, and Dolores (Regis) Marcinek, and his son Thaddeus (TJ) Zubovich. He was a member of the VFW, The American Legion, and the Eagles Club. Ed was an avid golfer and a die-hard Steelers fan. He was an overall caring and loving man. There will be a private graveside service on Friday April 24, 2020 at 11:00am.
