ETHEL C. RUFFNER (nee Roxbury), age 70, a former resident of Twinsburg passed away Thursday, February 16, 2006 at Sunbridge Nursing Home, Lexington, North Carolina where she had been a resident since 2003. Surviving is her son Leonard (Rhonda) of Lexington, NC and daughter Roxanne (Les) Rowe of Tallmadge, OH; four grandchildren Stacey (Chris) Cockerham of Bluefield, WV, Matthew Ruffner of Lexington, NC, Wendy Rowe of Cuyahoga Falls and Craig Rowe of Tallmadge; also surviving are two sisters, Charlotte Gillis and Irene (Harry) Davis. Mrs. Ruffner was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Dorothy Roxbury, and her granddaughter Leigh Ruffner Lucas. The family will receive friends MONDAY, FEB. 20 FROM 10:30 A. M. UNTIL TIME OF FUNERAL SERVICE AT 12:00 P.M. AT THE BLESSING FUNERAL HOME AT CROWN HILL, 8592 DARROW RD., TWINSBURG, OH (1/2 MILE SOUTH OF I-480, RT. 91 EXIT). Interment Crown Hill Cemetery.
