Frank C. Toth born on 1/16/31 passed away at home on 2/4/19.  He was a loving father, step father and grandfather and spent his final years building intricate models such as the SS Constitution, the Sopwith Camel and was working on a large scale Titanic.  In his earlier years he had been a lighting Engineer at GE, where he retired from and then was able to move to Florida for many wonderful years.  He moved back to Cleveland in 2015 and lived out his remaining years with his family around him.
