Gloria June Korsgaard, 95, of Hudson,OH, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on May 11, 2023.

Gloria was born on September 19, 1927 in Cleveland, Ohio.  She was the daughter of Yaro and Carolyn Pence. Gloria graduated from John Adams High School and went on to study at Ohio University.  Gloria married Rudolph D Korsgaard in 1949 and raised a beautiful family together.  Gloria and Rudolph celebrated 69 years of marriage until his death in 2018.  Gloria was a homemaker and a mother.  She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them and she enjoyed traveling. She will be remembered for her stories, great sense of humor,  robust laughter and ability to say what was on her mind.

Gloria leaves her beloved family to share her memory; daughter, Karlyn McPike (James); daughter, Rudi Korsgaard Montgomery (Tom); son, Corey Korsgaard (Marjorie); grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Sean, Erik, Kerri, Nichole, and Brooke, great-grandchildren, Landon, Wesley,  Ella, Monty and Veda.

Visitation will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 on Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 11-1pm followed by a funeral service.  Burial will take place at Crown Hill Cemetery.
