HAROLD G. KINFORD JR., age 80, of Maple Heights, entered into rest December 7, 2011. Beloved husband of Debra J. Foraker; loving father of Harold G. III (Donna Marie), Barbara A. (Joseph) Krzanowski, Diana L. (Brian) Taussig, Sharon K. (Richard) Jones, Scott A. (Casey Urosek) Kinford and John V. Dyba Jr.; devoted grandfather of Michelle, Philip (Jennifer), Ashley (Timothy), Lindsey, Desaree, Richard (Lydia), Brenton, Abigail, Cullen, Jordan and great-grandfather of nine; dear brother of Ann (Joseph dec.) Amoroso, Richard (Juliann) Kinford and Betty (Gary) Greer. Preceded in death by his former wife Dorothy, his sister June and brother-in-law Elmer Barber. Harold served in the Navy Reserves for several years. Most of his working days were in the trucking industry. Hal was also an inventor (two patents), artist, cartoonist, police officer (Chagrin Falls), pilot and a Certified Flight Instructor. Family will receive friends FRIDAY, DEC. 9 FROM 9:00-10:00 A.M. AT THE CHARLES R. BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 8592 DARROW ROAD,TWINSBURG, OH 44087 (one half miles S. of I-480 Rt. 91 exit). Following the visitation, a Celebration of life will be held at 11:00a.m. at The First Congregational Church of Hudson, 47 Aurora Street, Hudson, OH 44236. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations be made to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, or Bainbridge Community Church.
