HAROLD C. MAHLAR, age 91, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2012 while being cared for at Sisters on Main Street, London, OH. Beloved husband of 52 years to the late Lillian Faye. Mr. Mahlar was born in Twinsburg, OH and retired as a Carpenter. He was WWII Veteran and received the Bronze Star while serving in the South Pacific. Survived by nephews Donald and James Weimer, Robert and Thomas Smith, nieces Edith (nee Mahlar) Briers and Beverley Weimer, also many other nieces, nephews. Preceded in death by his brothers Glen and Vernon Mahlar, sisters Erma Mahler Weimer and Lucille Mahlar Smith, daughter Joan Anne and parents Clarence and Edith Mahlar. Family will receive friends THURSDAY, OCT. 18, FROM 10:00 A.M. UNTIL TIME OF FUNERAL SERVICE AT 11:30 A.M. AT THE CHARLES R.
