Helen E. Duval, 94, of Twinsburg, OH, passed away on August 18, 2022.  Helen was the daughter of Andrew and Elizabeth (Cerny) Bardar and spouse of Cyrus R. Duval (predeceased)

Helen lived a very full and resourceful life.    One of four children, Helen is survived by her brother, Raymond Bardar.  Predeceased siblings are James Bardar and Dorothy Bardar (Luba).  Helen is also survived by three of her four children, Leslie Duval, Donna Duval (Morrison), and Cyrus Duval II.  Helen's youngest son, Ronald A. Duval, died in 2014.  Helen was devoted to her grandchildren and endeavored to help them throughout her life.  Surviving grandchildren are Gwynne Crowley (Reed), Evan Crowley, Richard Morrison, Kristen Morrison (Cameron), Rachael Duval (Schaefer), Chet Duval, Katherine Duval (Weiss) and Andrew Duval.  Helen's granddaughter, Danielle Duval (Lewis), predeceased Helen, leaving three great-grandchildren Skyler, Rory and Milo. Helen's other surviving great-grandchildren are Wyatt and Tristan, children of Gwynne Crowley and David Reed; Harper and Emerson, children of Rachael Duval and Brian Schaefer; Asher and Aviana, children of Kristin Morrison and Brent Cameron; Elora Rose, child of Andrew Duval and Jaycee Ursitti; Riley, child of Chet Duval.

A memorial service celebrating Helen's life will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Crown Hill Funeral Home located at 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, OH 44087.  The service will commence at 11:00 AM.  Immediately following the service, Helen's ashes will be interred at Crown Hill Cemetary next to her husband, Cyrus.   We request that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at www2.jdrf.org or Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio at vnaohio.org .
