Helen A. Patch, 89 (39 for the last 50 years), was one of the kindest and most fun-loving people on the planet. Her greatest joys were spending time with her family, playing cards, watching the Cleveland Indians, watching Jeopardy, playing Bingo at St. Rita''s on Friday nights and trying her luck at the slot machines. On July 3rd, she calmly took one last breath and departed this world to play Bingo on the other side. She is survived by her children, Jeanne Nicholson, Greg (Glenda) Patch, and Gayle Patch; grandchildren Samantha and Mackenzie Nicholson, Carrie Patch-Page, Erin Patch, and Joshua Patch, and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Elizabeth Kerruish and Margaret (Joe) Blaha. Now it is up to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren to carry on her traditions of "doing a good deed for the day" and randomly asking people if they "want a Walnetto?"
