Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Savage); loving father of Shawn (Fran) Bills of Macedonia and Michele (John) Kess of Mantua; devoted grandfather of Rachael, Rebecca, Danielle, and Mariah Kess; dear brother of John (Sylvia) Bills, Esther Pelleschi and Barb (Paul) LaBelle. Mr. Bills was a U.S. Army Veteran. The family will receive friends FRIDAY, MARCH 26 FROM 3:00 P.M. UNTIL TIME OF FUNERAL AT 7:00 P.M.
