Janet Lee Myers, 90, of Stow, Ohio passed away peacefully March 23, 2024.  Janet was born in Akron , Ohio on May 20, 1933 to the late William James Housel and the late Cleathe Housel Janet was preceded in death by her brother James Housel of CA.

Janet will be missed dearly by her family. She joins her life long husband and companion of 73 years Donald G Myers who passed January 22 of this year.  Loving mother of Vickie (David Scott Paradis, deceased)  Karen Warren, and Wendy Myers Kennedy; cherished grandmother of Robert (Melanie) Warren, Laura (Ryan) Yost, Corrine Stockman, Donald (Mary) Kennedy, and Benjamin (Kyla) Paradis; and 11 great grand children and a host of extended family and dear friends.

Jan lived in the Akron area her entire life spending the last 56 years in Stow. Janet had owned Blossoms and Bows Florist in Cuyahoga Falls for many years and continued helping other local florists  nurture their businesses after the closing of her own shop.

Janet loved to travel working in her yard and visiting with friends which were abundant. With her husband they took senior trips and traveled to MI and other states to visit relatives.

Janet Myers, loving mother, generous of spirit, friend to many, always active and smiling, loved.  She is missed.
