Janis Carolyn Ziehm, 87, of Newport Richey, Florida, passed away on June 10, 2023.

Janis was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 6, 1935 to Russell and Eleanor Uthe. Janis was a claims representative for Progressive Insurance for most of her working years.  Janis married Albert Ziehm III on July 10, 1954 and raised six children together. Janis was very involved with her church, helping the secreteries and inviting non-parishoners to join in worhip.  Janis was an excellent baker and loved to share her creations and recipes with her family and close friends.  Janis was known for her very tasty pudding cake.

Janis leave a large and loving family to share her memory.She is survived by her sons; Albert IV (Brenda), Richard (Ruth) and Robert (Anna); daughters, Dyannne; Sharon and Laura; fifteen grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio on Monday, June 19, 2023 from 10-1230 pm with burial to follow.
