With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jason Michael Jaworski on March 9, 2025. He was born on December 27, 1981, in Garfield Heights, Ohio to Stanley and Kimber Jaworski. Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents: Claudine and Glen Smith (Grandma & Pops) Helen and Stanley Jaworski.

Jason's love and passion for his family made him SPECIAL. His smile would light up any room, and he had an infectious sense of humor. Jason lived a selfless life, always putting others before himself. He was a giver and took pride in making sure others felt loved.
Jason will be missed dearly by his family. Cherished and loved son to Kimber and Stosh; loving brother of Stacy (Shawn), Steven, and Nicholas (Olivia); loving father of Alec; dear uncle of Ben and Jack; loving grandfather of Oakley; beloved fiancé of Donna; dear stepfather of Justin; and a host of extended family and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. The funeral ceremony and graveside service will be at 10:00 am on Friday, March 14, 2025, also at Crown Hill Cemetery, Mausoleum Abbey Chapel.
