John Charles Stasko, age 86, of Bedford, Ohio died at home on Friday, May 7, 2021.

John was born November 24, 1934 in Nemacolin, PA, the son of the late Charles and Agnes Stasko.

John served in the United States Navy for 4 years.  He served aboard the USS J W Thompson and also USS New Jersey.  He was in the Korean War during the Korean War Conflict.

John retired from the U S Postal Service as a Mail Carrier.

Also, deceased are half-brothers Joseph and Andrew Knapp, sister, Olga Stasko Zappone and son, Randie Stasko.

He is survived by son, JaCharles Stasko, daughter-in-law, Jennifer and Grandson Jacob.

John is also survived by siblings, Harry Stasko, Anna Stasko Richardson, Edward Stasko (wife Marie) and several nieces and nephews.

John was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed watching his team on TV.  John also enjoyed going to the various Casinos.  He  also liked to travel and going to various States.  John also was an avid animal lover and enjoyed his pets.
