On Tuesday July 19 th , 2022 – Joseph Collin Demagall, loving son & brother passed away at the age of 22.
Joseph was born June 10, 2000, at Hillcrest Hospital, the son of Michael Hale and Darlene Bowen Demagall.
Joseph was a 2019 graduate of Aurora High School. He started his college journey by attending the University of Cincinnati and was a member of the Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. He was a May 2022 Cum Laude graduate of University of Arizona majoring in Cyber Operations with an emphasis in Cyber Law and Policy. Joseph excelled in college making the Dean's list every semester!
Joseph loved cars, in fact always had a story or fact about some car we passed on the road, but in all loved his 2004 Audi TT 3.2 Quattro Convertible. He learned, with help from his good friend Gabe and others to tear apart and put that darn TT back together. Joseph (Hammer) loved to tinker and build since he was a child. He loved his music from hip hop, to country, to rock, to old school; he loved it all. Loved playing basketball, football, playing golf, going to midnight opening of movies, his video games and had started to garner his taste for bourbons. Most of all he loved his momma, dad, sister, and whole family, and friends too many to name. He had a heart of gold and was always concerned and wanted the best for them with his kind and compassionate heart. He had a great smile and quick wit about him. Recently, Joseph rescued a border kitty named "Mesquite" that he loved and would keep him company in Arizona, but never forgot about his old man Hunter (dog) at home, and cat Thunder. He will be missed each and every day –gone to early, but never forgotten!
Fond memories of Joseph will always be remembered by his parents, Michael and Darlene of Aurora; his sister Morgan Demagall of Aurora; his grandmother Susan Demagall; grandfather Jack Kittle; and grandfather Samuel (Lauren) Bowen. He is also survived by aunt and uncles; Uncle David (Stella) Bowen and cousins Julia (Baby Ryan) and Ashley; Aunt Christi Penko (Geno) and cousins Billy, Abby, and Eden; Aunt Jennifer Demagall; Uncle Craig (Megan) Demagall and cousin Kiley; Aunt Carrie Demagall (Jeff) and cousins Charlie and Tommy; Aunt Melissa "Missy" Krause; and Aunt Misty (Stephan) Briggs; and by many more beloved great aunts, uncles, and other cousins he adored and by a host of friends.
Joseph was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gary Demagall, Marlene Kittle; and Julia Bowen-Edberg.
