On May 4, 2021, Joseph M Lenno, after a brave fight with long term illness, was called home to be with the Lord.

Joe was the son of Michael R. Lenno and Sarah A. (Amstutz) Monos.  Born December 3, 1964 in Lorain, Ohio. He graduated in 1983 from Wellington high school. He attended the welding program at the Lorain county JVS his junior and senior year. Joe spent 18 years in the US Navy and after his retirement from the service, he worked in various trades over the years as a welder, fitter as well as a truck driver.

He and his wife Jeanne of 21 years enjoyed cooking and baking together. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and beloved pets. Joe enjoyed motorcycles and fishing with friends and family.

Joe is survived by his wife, Jeanne Lenno of Streetsboro; parents Sarah and David Monos of Brighton and Michael Lenno of North Ridgeville; children, Thomas Lenno of Scotland, Jason (Leah) Capener of Akron, Allen (Heather) Lenno of Scotland, and John Lenno of Scotland; sister Jennifer (Dwayne) Becker of Wakeman; brother Scott  (Tracy) Monos of Elyria; nephews Daniel (Kerri) Becker of North Carolina, Jonah Becker of Wakeman; grandchildren Riley, Rory, Charlie, Jaxon Lenno of Scotland and Harvey Bond of Akron; great nephews James Palmer, Aydan and Dominik Becker; and great niece Rebekah Becker of North Carolina.

Joe was preceded in death by his great nephew Kristofer Becker of North Carolina.

There will be a Military ceremony at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. 10175 Rawiga Rd. Seville OH 44273

A private dinner for the family will follow service.
