Kimberly Ann Stephan (nee Kosits), 64, of Aurora, Ohio passed away peacefully September 3, 2025, from a four-and-a-half-year battle with pancreatic cancer. She was a kind and generous person born July 10, 1961, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Stephen and Florence Kosits (nee Ican).

Kim was the beloved wife to John H. Stephan, Jr., for 33 years. She was also the loving mother of Reid (Anjali) and Cole; the cherished grandmother of Harper; the dear sister of Clarice (Jerry) Dulay and Ron (Carol) Kosits; and treasured by a host of extended family and friends. She will be missed by her loving dogs Maggie and Melba.

Kim graduated from Solon High School in 1979. She received her nursing degree from University of Toledo, her bachelor's degree in nursing from Ursuline College. Kim served as a PICU/NICU Nurse at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children's for 20 years and then served another 20 years as a NICU Nurse at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital before retiring in 2021.

Kim's family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses at the Cleveland Clinic Beachwood Oncology/Infusion center for everything they did for Kim over the years. Donations can be sent in Kim's honor to either: The Gathering Place or Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

A memorial mass will be held on September 19, 2025 - 1:00 PM at the Church of the Holy Angels, 18205 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023.
