Laura Jane Knoyer, 83, formerly of Warren, Ohio,  passed away peacefully on June 13, 2025. She was born in Akron, Ohio on June 24, 1941 to the late Howard and Gwendolyn Faris (nee Stanford). Laura was preceded in death by parents; her beloved husband, George Richard Knoyer; and her sister, Suzanne Shadley. Laura spent the majority of her retirement years  in California where she enjoyed hobbies such as jigsaw puzzles, Sudoku, pampering her beloved dog, Tinkerbell, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Laura will be missed dearly by her family. Loving mother of Kathleen (James) Coleman and Gregory (Tabatha) Knoyer; cherished grandmother of Nicholas (Ashlee) Perez, Micayla Perez, Lily Coleman, and Alex Vucco; dear great-grandmother of Mia, Micah, and Wesley; sister-in-law of John Shadley; and a host of extended family and dear friends.

A small graveside service was held with immediate family on Monday, June 30, 2025 at 10:00 am at Crown Hill Cemetery, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087
