They boarded 21 cruises visitng countries all over the world, and lived in their dream home right on a lake with a dock for their home boats just outside their door.  Leo and Diane kept lovely flower gardens, and he continued woodworking and crafted many beautiful things for his home, family and friends. In retirement Leo was a member of The Babes of 1916 and enjoyed playing on their softball and volleyball teams.  He and Diane were regular bowlers.  He remained a positive person through his struggle with COPD and enjoyed the company of people he loved right up until his death.
