Beloved husband of Juanita (nee Howe); Loving father of Charles (Tessie), Kay (Dan) Bull, Beverly (Jerry) Purcell, Brenda (Ed) Boone, Larry (Kathy) and Lonnie Jr. (Marilyn); devoted grandfather of Eric, Nicholas, Charles Jr., Melissa (deceased), Philip, Cody, Meredith, Kyle, Larry, Stephen and James; step grandfather of Tracy Myers, Patrick Boone, Erin Boone, Mary Agnew, and Robert Pryor; great grandfather of Caden and Nicholas Jr. Mr. Osborne attended Purdue University. He retired from General Electric Co. as a Systems Manager after many years of service.
