It is with great sadness that our beloved Louise Marie Kimbrough, 68, of Cleveland, Ohio went to be with the Lord on September 11, 2024, surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 5, 1956, to the late Rudolph V. & Irene Hunter (Dennis).

Louise attended East High School where she found her passion as a beautician, and hairstylist. In the early 1980's Louise managed Regis, and Signature hair salons in Cleveland, Ohio, which influence her to pursue her dream to open and operate her own hair salon as a business owner. Louise also had a passion for cooking which she developed while working in restaurants, Louise had a " Green Thumb" a strong interest in gardening. Louise would often reflect on trips during her early years, she love to travel around the country fishing in different states like Florida, Mexico, Atlantic City New Jersey. Louise would often take trips to experience the Indy 500 annual. Louise was a friend to many, had a special way of touching people lives. Louise took pride in helping her family when they needed her the most, offering wisdom, strength, and love in abundance.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Michael Eugene Hunter; her sister, Deborah Y. Meadows; and her brother, Rudolph V. Hunter, Jr.

Louise will be deeply missed, and her loving spirit is carried on by her family. Loving mother of Selina N. Hunter and Jermaine (Tameka) Kimbrough; cherished grandmother of Leah Hunter, Mikeal Hunter, Courshya (Frank) Derby, Jordan Hunter, Serena Hunter, Javon Kimbrough, Karis Kimbrough, Jace Kimbrough, Aiyana Kimbrough, Asa Williams, Nyaires Redding; great-grandmother of Jordan and Carmelo; dear sister of Elaine Hunter, Michael A. (Tasha) Hunter, Daisy (Pastor Anthony) Iverson, Samantha R. Hunter, and Cheryl D. Hunter; dear best friend of 50 years of Cynthia Weatherspoon; and a host of extended family and dear friends.

Visitation and funeral ceremony will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at East Mt Zion Baptist Church, 9990 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. Visitation from 9am – 10am. Service at 10 am. Interment immediately following service at Cleveland Memorial Gardens.
