Madaline Rita Albright, 92, of Hudson, Ohio passed away peacefully on September 30, 2023. She was born on January 21, 1931, in Morgantown, West Virginia, to the late Alfred and Visencenia Cappellanti (nee Scali). Madaline was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Albright, and her sisters, Louise and Carolyn, and brother Alfred.

Madaline will be deeply missed by her family. Loving mother of Larry Albright II, Myra (Jack) Sweetland, Tom Albright, Phil Albright, Michelle Albright, and Dave (Angela) Albright; cherished grandmother of Larry "Chip" Albright III (Shannon Curtis), Andrew (Jen) Albright, Matthew Sweetland, Adam (Rachel) Sweetland, Aaron Albright, Elyjah Albright (Allison Rowland), Ashley (Dan) Green, Zachary (Johanna) Albright, Jordan Albright, Maddie Libby, Christopher Albright (Allison Rowland), and Alexander Albright; dear great-grandmother of Calvin, Reid, Riley, Zoey, Joshua, Jesse, Arlen, Isabella, Landon, and Oliver; and a host of extended family and dear friends.

Madaline was an avid golfer, participating in golf leagues at the Country Club of Hudson. She was also the only member of the family to score a hole-in-one. Madaline was an excellent cook, specializing in Italian cuisine. Her holiday parties and dinners were looked forward to by all family members and friends.

She and her husband Larry had the opportunity to travel extensively and loved spending winters at their beach house in Ft. Myers Beach, FL, where she doted on visiting grandchildren.

Many thanks to all the aids, nurses and personnel at Danbury Assisted Living in Hudson who were attentive and understanding. Also wonderful were the Gardens of Western Reserve Hospice Care nurses who were kind, compassionate and caring during Madaline's hour of need.
Last, but not least, special thanks to companion Ann Copeland from Gardens of Western Reserve who personally assisted Madaline for the past year while becoming a part of our extended family.

A funeral mass will be held on Monday, October 9, 2023 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 340 N Main Street, Hudson, Ohio 44236 at 11 am.
