Marian Remar (née Mirgliotta), of Cleveland Ohio passed away on June 29th, 2022 at the age of 84.

The daughter of James and Mary Mirgliotta, Marian was born September 15th, 1937.

She married John Remar at age 17 and dedicated her life to raising her two children and three grandchildren who knew her as "Nanie". She worked much of her life collecting and selling antiques at various flea markets and is  remembered by many members of that community. Marian was known for her deep generosity, genuine kindness, and support of all those she met and will be remembered for her selflessness and thoughtfulness. Her hobbies included sewing and knitting, collecting antiques, and cooking.

Marian was predeceased by her parents, James and Mary, John, her beloved husband of 62 years, and her siblings Rosemary, Phillip, and Anthony. Her life will be forever cherished by her family and friends  including her children, Joilynn and John, her grandchildren Brianna, Brendan, and Maurice, her siblings  James, Grace, and Catherine, and her close friend Jerry Sweeney.

A wake will be held July 13, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crown Hill Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow  Rd, Twinsburg, OH 44087.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home with burial to follow in Crown Hill Cemetery, Twinsburg.

The family request that memorial contributions take the form of donations in Marian's name to Cornerstone of Hope, 5905 Brecksville Road, Independence, Ohio 44131.
