Martha "Martie" Ann McKown, 78, of Twinsburg, Ohio passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023.  Martha was born on November 11, 1944 in Warren, Ohio, to the late William and Pauline Todd.

Martie had a passion for living and loving for the day. She had an infectious laugh and a big heart. She spent the winters in her Florida home surrounded by her good friends, golfing, playing tennis and bridge. She was a sports enthusiast and she cherished the times she spent with family and friends at the Mount Union football games, her Alma Mater. She touched so many lives during her Real Estate career with Realty One, Howard Hanna Realty, and volunteering for Church functions at The United Methodist Church, Twinsburg. But the most important thing to Martie was her family. She loved every moment with her children, grandchildren, her brother, his family and her sister in law. She will be missed dearly by all.

She is survived by her son, Todd (Renea) McKown; daughter, Jodi McKown; grandchildren, Lauren, Bryan and Brooke McKown; brother, Paul (Susan) Todd; niece Jennifer and her daughter Claire Findley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jon Lance McKown, "The Love of Her Life", and her sister in law and good friend, Debbie McKown Greenstein.

Family and friends are welcome for visitation at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 on Saturday, September 09, 2023, from 11:00 AM until the time of her prayer service beginning at 12:00 PM.
