MARY C. STRABIC (nee Gill), age 84, formerly of Stow, died peacefully after a long illness on May 1, 2009. Beloved wife of William. Dear mother of James (Jenny) of Green; loving grandmother of Marc (Marina) of Portland, Oregon and Allison Gunn (John) of Los Angeles, California; great grandmother of Lillian Gunn; loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of Frances Siegfreth of Akron and Barbara Howard of Cuyahoga Falls. Preceded in death by her son, William J., Jr., and sister, Patricia McKinstry. The family will receive friends WEDNESDAY, MAY 6, FROM 10-11 AM. AT THE BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 8592 DARROW ROAD, TWINSBURG, OH (1/2 MI. SO. OF I-480/RT.91 EXIT), where funeral services will be held at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to a charity of choice.
