Michael Jay Ashley, 61, of Ravenna, Ohio passed away on November 28, 2024. He was born in Garfield Heights, Ohio on September 15, 1963, to Vaden Ashley Jr. and Jean Zickefoose (nee Cramblett).

Michael will be deeply missed by his family. Beloved son of Vaden Ashley Jr.(Gay Jacobs) and Jean Zickefoose (Ron, deceased); loving brother of Kim (Lou) Oliver; dear stepbrother of Todd Zickefoose and Nicole Zickefoose; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.

Visitation and funeral ceremony will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087. Visitation from 11 am – 1 pm. Service at 1 pm. Interment at Crown Hill Cemetery at 2 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Michael's honor to the Portage County Dog Warden, 8120 Infirmary Road, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
