Norma D. Rhodes, 96, of Oakwood Village, passed away on June 21, 2026. She was born on October 5, 1929, in Cleveland, Ohio, to George and Anne (Lisy) Syllaba. Norma was a cemetery caretaker most of her career. She was fond of Chihuahuas and music. Norma cherished spending time with beloved family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Debbie (George) Mitchell, Mark Rhodes, Dan Rhodes, and Glen Rhodes; five grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild; sister, Mary Ann Sefcik; and son-in-law, Gary Costas. Norma was preceded in death by her parents; children, Gregory Rhodes and Sandra Costas; and siblings, George (Elaine) Syllaba, Edward (Barbara) Syllaba, Jeannette German; and brother-in-law Richard Sefcik.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio, 44087. Her funeral service will immediately follow on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Crown Hill Funeral Home. Norma will be laid to rest at Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg.
