Patricia B. Ourednik, 92, of Cleveland, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 1, 2021.

She is survived by her Goddaughter Susan (Robert) Hatch; and many loving nieces and nephews. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Ourednik; son, Jeffrey Scott Ourednik; parents, Robert and Florida (Evans) Lundy; and sister, Ventoria Lundy.

Friends may join the family for visitation on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 11 AM-12 PM at Hine Funeral Home, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, OH 44087. Her funeral service will immediately follow at 12 PM at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.
