He was a great friend and mentor. Someone who you could count on to give good advice or lend a helping hand. He always tried to help people in the community.
Through the years, he adopted several family members, kids, and friends into our immediate family. There was always room for someone to stay for as long as they needed to get back on their feet or nursed in their time of need.

He loved Twinsburg and was involved in local politics, contributed to the local community, and helped with Twins Day events.
He was a great sports fan and loved the Browns, Indians, and Cavilers. Football was his favorite and he was always able to keep track of all the college football players and give detailed facts from their college days as they advanced into the pros.
He loved gardening, growing flowers, and feeding the birds. He loved working on his ancestry tree and created an extensive family tree.
Most of all he loved his family and friends and they loved him.
