Robert  "Bob" Zacharias age 89, passed away peacefully Monday, January 21, 2019. He was born September 19, 1929. He was a beloved husband for 65 years of the late Lorraine (nee Carper); dearest father of Lee Zacharias (Vicki), Roland Zacharias (Claudia Ross) and Laura Buda (Donald). Devoted grandfather to Avery Duran (Ryan), Lindsey DeSalvo (Michael) and James Buda; Cherished great-grandfather to Lennon Duran, Leonardo and Luciano DeSalvo. While working at the Cotton Club Bottling Co. for 38 years and the Ohio Turnpike for another 8 years, Bob enjoyed music, golf, bowling and playing Bridge with family and friends. Bob was active in his church. He loved making pies for everyone in the winter and in the summer he loved growing and giving away tomatoes. Memorial gifts can be sent to Brooklyn Hts. U.C.C. Church.
