Ronald Elihue Carrothers, 90, of Oakwood Village, Ohio passed away peacefully on January 7, 2024. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 18, 1933, to the late Elihue and Beatrice Carrothers (nee Drayton). Ronald attended John Adams High School where he graduated in 1951. Ronald joined the United States Air Force and served his country in the Korean War.

Ronald enjoyed his favorite hobbies of motorcycle riding, bowling, and boating in his leisure time. He also loved listening to his favorite genre – jazz music! Ronald most cherished his time spent with family and friends and he enjoyed every moment.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, John Carrothers.

Ronald will be deeply missed by his family. Loving father of Terrance (Delmeta) Carrothers and Anita Carrothers; dear grandfather of Terrell Carrothers and Terrance Carrothers, Jr.; and a host of extended family and dear friends.

Visitation and funeral ceremony will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 8592 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087. Visitation from 10 – 11 am. Service at 11 am.
