Obituary
Ruth M. Whaley of East Cleveland, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 7. She was the loving mother of Yolande Whaley-Pouncy, Alfreda (Cedric) Barkley and Regina Strong; cherished sister of Louise Foster and Jessica Hooks; loving grandmother to Francisco (Marshon) Moreno, Antonio Moreno, Tyra (Semir) Pouncy-Medencevic, Tashara Barkley, Tyran (Britany) Barkley, Tamara Barkley, Kayla Strong and Kendall Strong and loving great and great-great grandmother to 21 great and great-great grandchildren.
The celebration of her life begins with a family hour at 10:00 a.m. and a funeral service at 11:30 a.m. at the Blessing-Hine Funeral Home.
