Sally Anne Bowser, 84, of Aurora, passed away, Friday, July 8, 2022 at 12:15 p.m. at Maltz Hospice House in Beachwood.

She was born August 28, 1937 in Bedford, Ohio the daughter of the late Adelbert and Anne Pavalina Clayman and was a lifelong area resident.

A homemaker, Sally enjoyed music, crocheting, sewing, collecting dolls, jewelry making and shopping.

A loving and devoted mother, Sally leaves to cherish her memory her children George (Kathleen) Bowser, Michael Bowser, John (Crystal) Bowser, Charles Bowser, David Bowser, Gloria (Joe) Latona, and Suzanne Kwasny; her siblings Donna Jean Woljevach, George (Peggy) Clayman, and Dale Anne McClure; and by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years George C. Bowser who passed away on February 28, 2010 and by a grandson George P. Bowser; great granddaughter Lily M. Bowser; and siblings John, William "Jack", Charles Clayman and Mary Jane White.

Private funeral service was held for the family on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Crown Hill Funeral Home in Twinsburg.  Burial took place in Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions take the form of donations in Sally's name to Disabled American Veteran's.
