Sunethra C. DeSilva
April 30, 1932 - December 18, 2021
Loving daughter of Late Gate Mudaliyar Edmond Gunaratne and Grace Gunaratne (née Salgado), Wife of Late Walter DeSilva, loving mother of Lalith (Kelly), Janaki & Lasanthi, Grandmother of Kaitlyn, Madison & Heschel, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at home in Sacramento, California.
As a devoted mother, her love was felt by family and friends around the world. She was a true servant of God, sharing the love of Christ and helping many to receive the Salvation through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
After immigrating to the United States of America from Sri Lanka, she spent most of her time in both Aurora, Ohio and Sacramento, California.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
"She fought the good fight, she finished the race, she kept the faith and now has entered eternal rest"
