Loving father of Susan (Verne) Manross, and Theodore F.; devoted grandfather of Nicole, Charlotte, Jeffrey and Elizabeth; great grandfather of Sammy; Kayleigh and Sophia; dear stepbrother of Robert Snyder. Preceded in death by his brother John Pajer. Mr. Payer loved the outdoors.
